1. The Promoter of this competition is Phoenix Media Marketing Ltd, whose registered office is at 49 Edward Road, Haywards Heath. RH16 4QJ

2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom - Europe and the United States and you must be aged 18 years or over to enter. You may not enter if you are in any way connected to Phoenix Media Marketing Ltd employees and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant indicates their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted.

7. Closing date for entry will be midnight on 26/08/22. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

11. You will get a bonus entry into the competition if you comment on any of our social media platforms - to claim you must email hello@phoenixmarketing.uk and send us a screenshot of your message.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

14. The prize is as follows: web design and build services from Phoenix Media Marketing Ltd are equivalent to our £3000 Website Design + package. This includes 12 months of free hosting. The prize also includes business, market and competitor audits and an SEO audit on anyone's existing site. The winner will provide Phoenix Media Marketing Ltd with all copy and content to be included on the site. Winners may add additional services as required, which will be charged at our usual fees (including any applicable discounts). This prize has no cash value and can not be used to redeem any monetary amount. 

15. The domain name after 12 months will be available for exclusive transfer to the winner only; transfer costs will apply. Please ask for details. 

16. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

17. Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents. We use the Google prize generator app to select our winner.

18. Phoenix Media Marketing Ltd reserves the right to refuse to build or design any website that in any way breaches UK law or may impact the company's reputation. This includes, but is not limited to, any content relating to illegal drugs, hate speech, political content, or copyright infringement or counterfeit goods.

19. A contract for web design, hosting and other web services will need to be entered into between the competition winner and Phoenix Media Marketing Ltd

20. The winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner/s cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prizes from the winner/s and pick a replacement winner/s.

21. The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

22. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and also all privacy terms and conditions contained within this website.

23. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

24. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.

25. The winner's name will be available on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, plus will be available 14 days after the closing date by emailing the following address hello@phoenixmarketng.uk

26. Hosting the website is for one year. After this period, the winner may opt to continue having the website hosted with us, and the annual fee will be £250 or the winner may choose to pay monthly or host the website themselves.

27. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the Metaverse. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of this website page and not to Metaverse.

28. By entering this competition, you agree to Phoenix Media Marketing Ltd storing and using your information for marketing purposes.
